David Diamond
David Diamond, member of the SmartReply Advisory Board, is President of David Diamond Associates; a strategic consulting firm that helps companies create and manage change. Prior to starting his own company, David was President and Chief Vision Officer of the Catalina Marketing Corporation and the President/CEO of Lamaze Publishing Company. He brings to the SmartReply board nearly 30 years of experience in creating and building new media and new marketing venues and in identifying and capitalizing on emerging opportunities in a variety of industries. David holds an MBA from the Columbia Graduate School of Business, and earned his BA from Carelton College.
Dan Finkelman
Daniel Finkelman, the Chief Marketing Officer for Alliance Data Retail Services, has been a member of the SmartReply Advisory Board since 2008. Dan is a seasoned executive with more than 25 years of experience in the marketing and retail industries, and has held senior vice president positions with several high-profile public companies, including LimitedBrands, Cardinal Health and Alliance Data. He uses his experience in customer contact and customer satisfaction/loyalty programming, direct mail, email and database marketing across all retail channels to advise SmartReply’s management team on the company’s strategic direction
Mike Hendry
Mike Hendry is an active member of the SmartReply Board of Directors. In this role, Mike utilizes his 25 years of experience in both the marketing and grocery retail industries to advise the board and help determine SmartReply’s strategic direction. Currently, he is the vice president of banner marketing for Supervalu; prior to that, he held senior VP positions at Catalina Marketing and Valassis, Inc. after spending most of his early career in Safeway’s upper management. Mike holds a BA from California State University and San Bernadino and a Graduate Certificate in Food Industry Management from USC.
Kim Kolakowski
Kim Kolakowski is Vice President of Credit Promotions, Gift Cards and Database Marketing for Boscov’s Department stores. As a member of the SmartReply advisory board, Kim is an invaluable contributor to the company’s various operating activities – specifically within the retailing industry - and plays an integral role in the development and assessment of SmartReply’s larger strategic aims. Kim has spent the majority of her 20+ year career with Boscov’s Department Stores, working primarily with relationship and database marketing programs. She is also active in the retail marketing community: Kim is a frequent speaker at National Retail Federation events, Lehigh University’s Small Business Development Center, and works closely with the Pennsylvania Retail Association.
Dan Singer
Dan Singer, an active member of the SmartReply Advisory Board, is currently vice president of database marketing for Stage Stores. Dan’s expertise in retail operations, database marketing, and customer relationship development- along with his 30 years of experience in the field- make his advisory contributions to the SmartReply management team invaluable. Dan has been with Stage Stores for the bulk of his career, working in the credit operations, credit risk management, systems development and marketing departments of the nationwide retailer. Dan joined the SmartReply advisory board in 2007.
